Manually

Some customers do prefer to pay us manually, do follow below instructions:

Full and correct payment need to be done in two (2) days after the order has made. We reserve the right to IGNORE buyer or CANCEL the order if no payment is received in two (2) days after the order has made.

After successfully complete our shopping cart, our bank account info will be reveal and we will send email regarding the payment. You will receive our email shortly, if you do not receive our email please do check on your spam/junk inbox or email/chat with us. Then, if the customer do not make payment within two (2) days, we will IGNORE buyer or CANCEL the order.

For other country buyers outside Malaysia such as Singapore, please submit your order and email us to enquiry your shipping fees. If not we will not deliver it. We will ship your items using International Poslaju (EMS) provided by Pos Laju Malaysia as well.

We are please to inform that we accept credit card, online bank transfer, web cash via ipay88, Online Fund Transfer, Interbank Transfer (GIRO), ATM Transfer, Cheque Deposit, Cash Deposit Machine and Direct Cash Deposit to our bank account number. If you are using Online Fund Transfer, please fill in our e-mail address, vencouture[@]gmail.com in the ’3rd Party E-mail Address’ field in order to assist us on payment verification process.

For Cheque Deposit, Cash Deposit Machine or Direct Cash Deposit done outside KL area, please include RM0.50 of inland exchange commission to the total payment
including postage charges. Let say you need to pay us RM38 and you deposit RM50 through the Cash Deposit Machine to our account, we will return your balance money when we post your item(s) to you.

For Cheque Deposit method, delivery of parcel will only commerce once the cheuque is cleared.

After successfully complete our shopping cart, you will automatically receive our email for your order and invoice as well as our bank informations. Thank you very much for supporting us.
